Limiting global temperature rise to 1.5°C of utmost importance, says Saber Hossain Chowdhury
Oxford Bangladesh Society and the Oxford Union, in partnership with Climate Change Research and Advocacy Unit (CCRAU) of Youth Policy Forum (YPF), have organized a dialogue on COP26.
The session, titled “Has COP26 Failed Climate Vulnerable Countries? - Views from Bangladesh”, was held on November 13.
Bangladeshi parliamentarians Saber Hossain Chowdhury, chair of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, and Nahim Razzaq, convener of Climate Parliament Bangladesh, led the discussions.
